A statewide school dress code is gaining some support in Florida. It would ban anyone’s pants from bagging below their waste. If it passes, a first time offender would get three-day suspension.
A second offense lands you ten days.
People with their pants hanging down so they can’t even walk look like idiots! I have a hard time giving anyone that looks like that any kind of respect.
Absolutly!!! Why is it that these kids are even allowed to walk out of the house with their underware showing? Isnt the whole point of pants to cover your private parts in public? And what is going through the parents mind when they purchase pants for their children that OBVIOUSLY dont fit!!!????? WAKE UP and teach your children some manners!!!

One of the things I remember in highschool (1970’s) were the tight jeans that the guys wore and how great those guys looked to us girls. The boys’ pants now a days are ridiculous and take a good looking guy and make them look ugly and unappealing. The baggy pants also make some boys look criminal and brings the wrong kind of attention to them. They really need to take a long look at theirselves and tight those pants up!
Where the heckums is this coming from? Gees lets just get one uniform for the US and make a law that everyone can only where it when in public. Better yet, lets dictate body size, hair color, and shoe color. We could dictate everything so there is no individuality and no one could get offended cause everyone is exactly the same. Then we could change the name of this country to the United Same, or Offenseless Nobody.
Since when is it the governments business how you wear your pants. This is getting totally out of control. Next they will be telling you how many children you can have and if you are allowed a girl or boy. Of course that’s not a bad idea for the people that continue to have children at taxpayers expense!

I WOULD SUPPORT A LAW BANNING SAGGING PANTS ONE HUNDRED PERCENT, BUT NOT ONLY IN SCHOOL’S BUT EVERYWHERE. I THINK IT IS HORRIBLE TO SEE PANTS SAGGING SO LOW THAT YOU CAN SEE THEIR UNDERPANTS THAT MOST OF THE TIME ARE DINGY TO BEGIN WITH.
But warranted in having a dress code in schools. But a little silly to ban baggy pants in public.
I support freedom of expression, but come on…It’s getting crazy. Pull your pants up, I surely don’t want to see your unders and not many people do.
