Yep, these are cheap plastic coffins. Hundreds of thousands of them. Don’t believe it?
Why coffins? Why in the middle of Georgia?
Well, apparently the Government is expecting a half million people to die relatively soon, and the Atlanta Airport is a major airline traffic hub, probably the biggest in the country, which means Georgia is a prime base to conduct military operations and coordination. It is also the home of the CDC, the Center for Disease Control. I don’t want to alarm anyone, but usually you don’t buy 500,000 plastic coffins “just in case something happens,” you buy them because you know something is going to happen. These air tight seal containers would be perfect to bury victims of plague or biological warfare in, wouldn’t they?

There is no actual evidence that the CDC or the Federal/State Gov’t are the owners of these “coffins”, at least from the source you are quoting.
Further more, these are burial vaults, not actual coffins. It states that right on the Polyguard & Co. website you link to.

I’m sure any government agency asked about those coffins are going to admit to being linked to them.
What the fuck do you think coffin means fucknut?
20 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #Wiki Answer:”A coffin (also known as a casket in North American English) is a funerary box used in the display and containment of deceased remains – either for burial or cremation.”
Well covert1 is right, I’m a bit skeptic towards this too.

20 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #A coffin goes inside of a burial vault Mr. FuckBush. FYI.
20 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #This could also be just plain old Government Pork.
20 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #“I’m sure any government agency asked about those coffins are going to admit to being linked to them.”
That is not an argument. Just like “Oh well, wouldn’t a murderer deny his crime!?” is not a valid line of prosecution.
20 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #wtf?? i just read through 8 pages of comments with many more to read?
20 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #The reason I might disbelieve this as a preparatory move is that the government rarely plans anything like this out this well or far in advance.
20 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #Oh.
Um.
Sorry about that. Those are my wife’s Christmas Stuff Storage Containers. I just was storing them out there, rather than run them all up into the attic only to run them all back down.
My bad.
20 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #no way.. if the CDC built a giant incinerator, then I’d be worried..

And that isn’t relevant; the person you’re criticising wasn’t making a claim, he was rebutting somebody else’s. The claim was that there is no evidence that the government owns the boxes. While this may be true, it in itself is not an argument towards anything, hence the rebuttal that a government agency wouldn’t necessarily own up to ownership. So basically you just attacked the rebuttal of a false claim, which in itself is not a claim, by calling it not a claim, in defense of the original not-a-claim.
So, shut up.
21 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #I don’t live there. Not my problem… or is it?
21 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #Say and think whatever you like, this can’t be good..!
21 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #Seriously, haven’t you read post-disaster sci-fi, where something happened and there wasn’t a way to safely take care of the bodies, and the bodies spawned more disease/vermin/etc? I know I have.
If this is true, then someone read the same books I did, and listened to the warnings.
Granted, incineration is probably a better idea, but…
But it doesn’t mean they’re planning anything, just preparing. It’s like that old saying, ‘Hope for the best, plan for the worst.’
21 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #Being ex military (Army) I can assure you there are many things way too horrible for the average citizen to comprehend. Things that our government has no intention of sharing until LONG after the fact, long after many casualties & by the time we DO find out it will already be too late or have spread over such a massive area that it will be of no use at that point.
21 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #The containers in the video do not even match the products pictured on the Polyguard website. They’re visually similar if you don’t look closely, but they’re not the same.
21 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #i bet they cost a fortune
21 Jul 08 at 9:59 p #Was this reason why Lil George rush through Georgia on July 22,2008?
