Cermen “CJ” Toney disappeared in November 2005.
Thursday would be Cermen “CJ” Toney, Jr’s 5th birthday. But little CJ is not at home to celebrate.
CJ and his cousin, Anquiatte Parker, 19, both of East St. Louis, disappeared in early November 2005.
Family members say Parker was pregnant.
Parker’s car was found in State Park, Illinois at a V.F.W. hall days after their disappearance.
Witnesses told authorities a man was seen wiping the car down in the days after the two vanished.
Investigators released a sketch of a possible “person of interest,” but no arrest s were ever made.
In the last nine months, investigators and law enforcement officials have combed several areas by air and land looking for CJ and Parker .
